This is Bistro St. Trois' standard sharing course. A very satisfying course consisting mainly of appetizers and main courses. You can enjoy classic bistro dishes and hearty meat dishes.
This lunch course is limited to twice a week. A hearty lunch with a choice of appetizer, main course and dessert.
A hearty full course with assorted appetizers. A prix fixe course with your own choice of main course. Sparkling wine is included. (*Beverage can be changed for those who do not drink alcohol.)

This is a luxurious and hearty sharing course that allows you to taste everything from bold bistro dishes to dishes using Toyama ingredients all at once. This course can be enjoyed as a shared platter or as a combination of dishes served one dish at a time.
This is a carpaccio made with fresh fish delivered directly from Himi. To allow you to enjoy a variety of flavors, we prepare several types of fish each time we serve it. It is a popular menu item that many customers order and repeat.
One of our recommended menu items. This is a mousse made from liver that has been made extremely smooth. Since it uses white liver, it has very little of the characteristic odor of liver, making it enjoyable even for those who are not fond of it.
