The entrance is modest, but once you step inside, the staff greets you with a smile, making you feel at ease. The calm space centered around the counter allows you to enjoy skewered fried food at a leisurely pace. The fried items have a light texture and are not greasy, making them irresistibly delicious. The combinations are fun and creative, featuring quail eggs, shrimp, whiting, beef, shishito peppers, konnyaku balls, bamboo shoots, and enoki mushrooms wrapped in pork. The cabbage is fresh and crunchy, providing a refreshing contrast when eaten in between. The grilled rice balls have a wonderful dashi aroma, and I was satisfied all the way to the last sorbet.
