During the severe winter, this junmai sake is carefully brewed using the traditional technique of 'Kimoto' passed down by the Tanba brewers in Kiku Masamune's 'Kahōzō'. The sharpness unique to Kimoto and the rich fullness are fitting for the name 'Nada no Nama Ippon', a true dry sake.
