A delicious yakiniku spot that has relocated to Okurayama

The yakiniku restaurant "Hisabi," which has recently moved to Okurayama, offers delicious grilled meat beloved by locals. The highlight is the exquisite wagyu grilled on their signature smokeless carbon roaster, which captures the meat's umami and juiciness, allowing you to enjoy it at the ideal doneness. Spend a delightful time savoring the charm of wagyu along with a diverse menu.

The shop that moved near the station has a calm atmosphere with tables and a semi-private seating area in the back. The smoke-free roaster allows for comfortable grilling without worrying about smoke, and the fat drips off nicely. The seasoning of the chicken neck is very good, and the chicken skin and shoulder cuts are juicy and satisfying. The salted tongue, when combined with green onions and sesame oil, releases a wonderful aroma that makes you want to keep eating. The refreshing sauce pairs well with the meat, and the stone-grilled yukke bibimbap and tomato salad also had a good balance of flavors. The staff paid attention to the grilling level, allowing us to enjoy the experience comfortably until the end.

I feel that it has become easier to go since moving closer to the station. The interior is modern, with table seating in the front and a semi-private area in the back that is calming. The roaster produces little smoke, allowing for comfortable grilling. The meat is delicious, and the salted tongue is even more flavorful when eaten with green onions. The sauces and seasonings are not too heavy, and the chicken, such as the neck meat, can be enjoyed with a pleasant aroma. The tomato salad and stone-grilled yukke bibimbap also had a well-balanced flavor, providing a sense of satisfaction.
