A ratio of 10 parts Ibaraki-grown Toki-Aki soba to 2 parts Iwate-grown wheat flour. The amount is approximately 150g when cooked.

Mugi Meshi Tororo is a dish made with rice cooked with firewood in a kamado located in the store's earthen floor, and grated natural yam from Kasama City, mixed with dashi broth. Limited to 20 servings.
