Kinki" is one of Hokkaido's most popular premium fish. We have prepared a large, fatty kinki using the "hara-yaki" method, which is the most delicious way to grill fish.
Tasty hokke is even tastier! HOKKE no Hara Yaki" is grilled over a charcoal fire with great gusto. Sashimi is a five-piece platter of the best of what is in stock today. Other dishes include daikon salad made with fresh daikon radish and Hokkaido's fried zangi. We are confident in the volume of our seven dishes, which are mainly made with Hokkaido ingredients! This course is a great way for customers from outside of Hokkaido to enjoy Hokkaido's ingredients.
Recommended for customers who like seafood anyway! Enjoy our cosy sashimi platter. In addition, our signature primal grill will offer seasonal recommendations, but may be more economical than hokke (hokke). ・・・・ Volume guaranteed, of course! We are sure to satisfy both local and out-of-town customers!
Starting with steamed live clams, sashimi, grilled oysters, and finishing with a bowl of rice topped with seafood. This course allows you to enjoy Hokkaido's seafood to your heart's content.
We have put everything we have in the restaurant... We have prepared this course for celebrations and business entertainment. In addition to this course, we will be happy to accommodate your budget and desired ingredients.
