As I walked along the coast and entered the restaurant, I felt relieved by the spacious interior. The soba had just the right amount of chewiness, and combined with the elegant broth, it was very aromatic. When I dipped the large shrimp tempura, which was served on a separate plate, into the broth just a little, the batter remained crispy while absorbing the flavors, making it the best. The duck dipping soba had a rich broth infused with duck fat, enhanced by green onions and yuzu, making it impossible to put down my chopsticks. I appreciated that I could choose the amount of noodles from one to three servings, allowing me to adjust according to my hunger. The atmosphere was relaxed, allowing for drinks to be ordered in the afternoon, and I left the restaurant feeling very satisfied after my meal.
