The udon has a firm texture and is very delicious. The aroma of aonori spreads gently, and the crispiness of the shrimp pairs well with the rice. The squid in the ika tempura bukkake is elastic, and the batter is light. The topping of deep-fried tofu soaked in broth has a gentle flavor, making it a perfect match with the noodles. You can also enjoy Hamamatsu gyoza, and the combination unique to an udon shop is interesting. You can enjoy a set of rice bowl and udon, as well as small dishes like simmered beans and the sauce and tartar-style dipping sauce for the fried oysters, and the atmosphere in the shop is lively.
