Pet Nat made from Savagnin and Pinot Gris from King Valley. The grapes pressed into the same tank are fermented at low temperatures with wild yeast, and once they reach the desired residual sugar, they are lightly filtered before bottling. No additives containing preservatives are used. A juicy volume and sophistication reminiscent of biting into an apple.
A refreshing and casual drink with citrus fruit flavors and a pleasant bitterness as an accent, lightly sparkling!
Hand-harvested organic single vineyard grapes from the Curico Valley, pressed after destemming and fermented with natural yeast in stainless steel tanks. Bottled when residual sugar reaches 10g/L, with fermentation occurring in the bottle. No fining or racking, and no added SO2. Dry rosé petillant.
Vines aged 5 to 15 years. After harvesting, the grapes are destemmed, pressed, and gently fermented in stainless steel tanks. A portion of the grapes (about 10%) is fermented with the skins in wooden barrels for one month, and after fermentation, the two are combined and aged in tanks for six months. Bottled after the sediment is removed. The high acidity of the Spelgora grape is evident, along with a concentration of fruit and a rich flavor in this white wine.
