About Reservations
- Reservations can be made for up to one time per month for the last three months. After visiting once in the same month and using that month's reservation, you may make another reservation for the same month. However, if multiple reservations are made in the same month, they will be put on hold, and we will contact you to confirm the reservation. Please note that when using web reservations, a confirmation email will be sent, but similarly, it will be put on hold until we contact you to confirm the reservation.
- If there is no response to our contact regarding multiple reservations made in the same month, we will cancel the reservations starting from the furthest date.
- We will start accepting reservations for the month after next at the beginning of each month. Reservations for August will start on June 1, and reservations for September will start on July 1.
- Reservations are generally for a maximum of two and a half hours.
- Available reservation times are in 30-minute intervals between the first session from 18:00 to 19:30 and the second session from 20:30 to 21:30. For reservations after 22:00, please contact the store on the day.
- Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate specific seating requests.
- If you have allergies or food items you dislike, please write them in the request section.
- If you do not arrive within 60 minutes of your reservation time, it will be treated as a cancellation. If you are unavoidably late, please contact the store directly.
- For reservations after 22:00 on the day or inquiries for groups of more than five people, please contact the store.
