It's been about 10 years. The origin of a family lineage that needs no explanation. Of course the taste is delicious, but beyond that, it is the only place I can think of when I think of Ikebiki. I think that this is the only place that comes to mind when I think of the family lineage. In this era The prices of vegetable fields and eggs have gone down. LOL. That kind of place is also high level.

* * 🍜 [Iekei Sohonzan Yoshimura-ke] "One Hundred Famous Restaurants 2019" on the food log. * 'The customer is my taste master.' A large, austere tanban curtain is hung on the wall. The place to go for Iekei Ramen with a huge line! * Ramen with Ajidama topping Ramen 710 yen, Ajitama 50 yen, high cost performance 👏🏻👏🏻 Toppings are inexpensive, so you may put a lot of toppings on it! Pork bone and chicken bone base mixed with soy sauce sauce The special sauce has a punch of soy sauce. * The noodles are thick, firm and chunky! The chashu pork is smoked and excellent 😭💓 I wish I had ordered the chashu noodle soup.... * Spinach is both delicious and nutritious. Add some pepper and garlic for an extra punch 🙂. It packs even more of a punch 😋✨. It doesn't have the richness of pork bone, but it's not lacking in satisfaction. but it was a satisfying bowl that didn't leave anything to be desired 💕😝💕. *

headquarter Yokohama "Yoshimuraya Ramen noodles, hard Rice Sohonzan after a long time. I went shopping in the neighborhood by bicycle in the evening. I had been decluttering my house for a long time and hadn't eaten anything today. I thought I would eat something and go home, but today is Wednesday. The Matsubara shopping district is closed. Hikariya is also closed. I decided to go to Yokohama and eat at Yoshinoya. I crossed the intersection in the direction of Yoshinoya and saw Yoshimuraya. LOL! It was also time of day, so there was no line! Come to think of it, I haven't had Ikebana Ramen since I got home. I decided to go to Yoshimura-Yakata because there was no line! I decided to go and bought a meal ticket. The wait was about 5 minutes! I was quite lucky! I ordered ramen and rice! Rice is a must for Iekei Ramen 👍. Well, in the meantime, my bowl of ramen arrived. It's been a while since I've had this. Oh, the soy sauce flavor is so crisp! The combination of the pork bone soup and chicken oil is delicious! This is the Iemoto lineage! The noodles are made by Sakai! I think this noodle is the best for Ihekei. The noodles are really good in combination with the soup. The toppings are simple: chashu pork, spinach, and nori seaweed. This simplicity is good. Yoshimuraya's chashu pork is very good. Smoky, tender, and plump. This is something you can only get from a direct descendant. That's the headquarter. .... I'm not sure if it's the same as the other ones, but it's still very flavorful. Even with rice, I couldn't finish the soup, Also, the ginger topping here is chopped ginger, To be honest, I prefer grated ginger! Well, I don't think I've ever had Ikeboku with garlic in it. Is it delicious? Maybe I'll try it next time, I might not wait in line to try it, but if it's open, I'll go again. I think I'll go with thin next time, thanks for the food! Thank you very much!
