The interior is neat and bright, and I can see the craftsman's movements well from the counter, which is exciting. Both the chef and the staff are friendly, and I appreciate how they subtly pick up on my preferences. The sashimi, including flounder, tuna, and shellfish, is all fresh and carefully prepared. Among the seasonal appetizers, steamed dishes, and grilled items, the creamy soup made with soy milk particularly stood out to me. For sake, they first paired a refreshing one, followed by one that has a rich flavor, allowing me to feel the synergy with the dishes. There are private rooms, and the location is within walking distance from the nearest station, with a warm send-off at the exit on my way out, which made me feel cared for.
