The 'Smile Charge Iwate' student project from Iwate Prefectural University has created a burger filled with passion, from the concept to the packaging design and sales tools, to make it a local specialty of Iwate. There are two types: the white burger, which features a 'Shirogane Pork Tofu Hamburger' made with tofu that is highly consumed in Iwate, along with mushrooms and kinpira (stir-fried burdock root), creating a Japanese-style burger. The black burger is a hearty option with a juicy 'Shirogane Pork Menchi Katsu' that locks in the meat juices, complemented by a mustard sauce. Both burgers can only be enjoyed at Galaxy Hall and use local ingredients from Iwate. Each is priced at 400 yen.
