Seiryu Eel Tsukishima uses Japanese eel prepared in a state-of-the-art processing facility, sourced from carefully selected eel farms, to deliver the most delicious eel of the season.
We offer special selected rice that pairs well with the grilled eel carefully chosen by the renowned eel restaurant with a 200-year history in Kyoto, 'Yashiro Gibei'.
Limited to 20 servings per day (including weekends and holidays) featuring grilled eel (1/4 tail), grilled white eel (1/2 tail), chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), rice from the eighth generation Gihei, clear soup, pickles, and wasabi.
