This is a very economical course that can be enjoyed at lunchtime with a small dinner auce. The menu is basically left up to you. I want to eat carrot mousse! I want to eat foie gras! If you have any requests, please let us know by phone.

A dish using hair crab from the chef's hometown of Hokkaido, which has been a specialty since the opening 15 years ago. It is garnished with dried tomatoes and croutons, and drizzled with a sauce of balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
