Based on wheat malt, it uses freshly milled rice from Kochi Prefecture and sansho pepper grown by the clear stream of the Niyodo River. It has a refreshing taste with a refined sweetness and acidity.
Luxuriously made with yuzu peel from Kochi Prefecture. The bitterness of the hops is subdued, leaving a fruity and rich flavor. Recommended for those who are not fond of beer or who enjoy sweet drinks.
Made with four types of hops and the peel of Tosa Buntan citrus. It has a malty base with a delightful balance of exciting juicy aromas and vibrant bitterness.
This product is brewed using traditional German methods that bring out the aroma and crispness, utilizing yeast 'AA41' and local rice and rice malt as secondary ingredients.
Minoh City, located in the northern part of Osaka Prefecture, in an area called Kitaksetsu, is a city full of charm with abundant natural resources and many tourist attractions. 'Minoh Beer' is brewed near the 'Meiji no Mori Minoh Quasi-National Park' in this town. With numerous awards at international competitions, 'Minoh Beer' is unfiltered and non-pasteurized, allowing for a richer flavor by bottling the yeast without filtration, making it not only a superior beer in taste but also excellent for health and beauty. Be sure to enjoy Minoh Beer at 'Fukuwauchi.'
