We made the soul drink of Kochi Prefecture into a chuhai!
We made a healthy draft beer and chuhai using green tea powdered from the tea grown in the Tsunoyama area of Shimanto Town, Kochi Prefecture.
Enhanced the acidity of fresh lemon with salted koji. A slightly salty lemon sour.
A little addition makes it addictive! The special sauce for salt tataki from Myojinmaru is made with yuzu juice from Kochi Prefecture. You can adjust it to your preferred taste!
