The tonpeiyaki has thin eggs wrapping the pork, and the creamy texture is irresistible. Adding a little spicy sauce makes the flavor change enjoyable. The ume shoyu yakisoba combines the sourness of plum with the umami of soy sauce, making it refreshing to eat, and the aroma of shiso works well with the plum, pork, and squid. The atmosphere is pleasantly lively, making it comfortable, and the music has good taste, encouraging you to enjoy your drinks.
