Exploration of a restaurant that refused to be interviewed Located in the basement of a building along Kotto Dori, this teppan restaurant deals in Kobe beef, and the average budget for tblg is over 20,000. But lunch is reasonably priced and hamburgers can be enjoyed. Looking at the blackboard on the menu, we immediately divided the cost. 150g - 1,350 yen 200 g - 1,550 yen 300g - 2,350 yen I decided to order the most cost-effective 200g. This kind of calculation is fast, long live the Kumon Method＼! I had hoped that the chef would cook it carefully on the iron plate for me, but as I expected, he used a frying pan. But it was fine! It was probably because it was right after the restaurant opened, and it was cool to see the chef in his cock coat swinging the frying pan. When both sides are browned, it's off to the oven. Meanwhile, rice and miso soup arrive. The rice is carefully served from a rice chest, and although I forgot to ask what brand it was, it looks quite expensive. The extra 150 yen for a large serving is well worth it. The hamburger steak is fluffy. When you put a fork in it, the juices pour out, probably because they are made with luxurious Kobe beef. To be honest, some people may not like the juices, but I enjoyed it.

Little Lima Service Coffee We were even served KONA coffee as a courtesy. Both bitterness and acidity are moderate, and the taste is very mild, even sweet. It is a rare and high quality coffee. The owner, who runs the restaurant by himself because his son was on vacation, was very gentle and kind, even though he was clumsy, and we could catch a glimpse of his gentle personality not only in the food but also in the coffee.
