It took 6 hours to complete the reservation because I could not contact the restaurant from this site. When I went to the restaurant, I was told that there were no reservations, that the restaurant had changed 3 months ago, and that there was no all-you-can-eat menu, and that I would be sent home. The signboard was indeed changed, but the words "Great Pasture" were written at the end of it. The waiter was not from Japan and I did not understand his explanation. I guess the subtle nuances of honorifics are difficult to understand, but I was annoyed when the waiter said, "I checked, but we don't have a reservation" or "Isn't this a different restaurant?" I was annoyed when he said, "I checked, but we don't have a reservation" or "Isn't this the wrong restaurant? I showed her the e-mail confirming the reservation and confirmed the address of the restaurant on the spot. I don't know if it was an inadvertent error on the part of the site or a coordination error on the part of the store, but I can't give a rating because I wasn't let through. Is the communication between the site and the store only by phone? I am sad because this was a restaurant that I remember and I was going to visit there for a birthday celebration.
