Every morning, we select Naruto sea bream at the market and mix it with the chef's original sesame cream. When topped with bonito broth made from spring water from Mount Bizan, the flavor of sesame and the sweetness of Naruto sea bream spread rapidly in your mouth.
We source only the freshest livers that are processed first thing in the morning through our unique channels. By finishing it with salt, sesame oil, and seasonings, the aroma of sesame is enhanced, and the liver becomes smooth and easy to eat.
Using A5 rank Awa beef ribeye, a brand of beef from Tokushima, it is grilled to medium rare. To enjoy the flavor of the ingredients, it is simply served with Himalayan rock salt and homemade onion soy sauce.
