When you enter a quietly tucked-away shop in the back of the building, a nostalgic space reminiscent of the Showa era unfolds. There is a counter and a small raised area, and it is impressive to see the chef managing everything on his own with care. While gazing at the various currencies from around the world that are hung upside down on the wall, it is enjoyable to take a break with a bottle of Kirin beer. The chewy squid, sweet squid natto, and fragrant shiso plum rolls were all delicious and freshly made. You can also savor the anago (conger eel), uni (sea urchin), and toro (fatty tuna), which pair excellently with hot sake. The chef is friendly and allows for photos, making it a wonderful sushi restaurant where you can relax and enjoy your time.
