The atmosphere of the traditional Okinawan diner located on a side street of Kokusai Street is pleasant. Inside the restaurant, there are numerous signs and photos, and it has both table seating and raised areas where you can relax. The Okinawa soba has a perfect blend of bonito and pork broth, and the ingredients like kamaboko (fish cake) and sanmai-niku (pork belly) complement each other wonderfully. There are also many dishes like tofu champuru and goya (bitter melon) dishes, adding a fun izakaya-like experience. The mimiga (pig's ear) has a crunchy texture that makes you want to keep eating. The yushi dofu (soft tofu) is served in a soba-style soup, and it provides a satisfying experience when enjoyed with crispy tonkatsu (fried pork cutlet).
