The interior is clean and stylish, and you can see the cooking process from the counter, which is exciting. The Japanese set meal changes with the seasons, featuring many small side dishes, and the presentation is truly beautiful. Dishes like braised pork, sweetfish tempura, sea bream sashimi, edamame tofu, and rolled omelet with mentaiko are served, all of which show great care and effort. The fried fish is fluffy, and the vinegar is mild and easy to eat. You can choose from homemade cola or ginger ale for drinks, and you can fully enjoy desserts as well. There are not many seats, so it's reassuring to make a reservation, and the access is easy with a great atmosphere.
