A Cozy Izakaya with a Nostalgic Showa Era Atmosphere

Apparapapa Sakaba is a yakitori izakaya that captivates with its charming ambiance reminiscent of a Showa-era public tavern. Guests can enjoy drinks offered during happy hour and expertly grilled yakitori, all while experiencing warm hospitality in a relaxed setting. In addition to yakitori, the menu features a variety of side dishes, particularly small plates that pair excellently with drinks.

In a calm Showa-style space, the sound of skewers being grilled is pleasant. The liver and tongue that come from the grill visible over the counter are juicy and tender. The skewers wrapped in tomato combine sweetness and umami, making me involuntarily smile. The side dishes of rolled omelet and fried chicken arrive quickly, and I can't stop using my chopsticks. It's convenient to be able to order with my smartphone, allowing me to request more without getting up from my seat. The staff's attentiveness was thorough, and I was able to enjoy eating and drinking comfortably until the end.
