The 'Ginmeishi', brewed from rice produced in Shizuoka Prefecture using spring water from Mount Fuji, has a rich umami flavor that pairs excellently with eel. It enhances the flavor of the eel while allowing both to be enjoyed even more deliciously through their synergistic effect. Additionally, for those who want to enjoy it on the rocks, we also recommend 'Sogen' from Suzu City in Ishikawa Prefecture. As part of our support for disaster-stricken areas, we are delivering the proud flavors of Suzu City to everyone. We also have around 13 different types of sake available at all times.
