A short walk from Fukushima Station leads to a shabu-shabu specialty restaurant that offers a comforting warmth of wood. Individual hot pots are provided, allowing you to enjoy your meal at your own pace even at the counter. There are five variations of broth, including medicinal herbal, clam, and sukiyaki styles, which is delightful as you can choose based on your mood for the day. You can select from domestic beef, pork, or lamb, all of which enhance their flavor with just a quick dip. A colorful array of vegetables and plenty of mushrooms are available for unlimited refills, making it fun to experiment with different ways to eat, whether rolling or dipping. The final touches of risotto, udon, and a refreshing sorbet left me completely satisfied, warming both my stomach and heart.
