Authentic hand-made soba that enriches the soul

Ishiusu Hiki Teuchi Soba no Ne is a soba restaurant that opened in November 2020 in Matsuya-cho, particularly loved by soba enthusiasts. The interior is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere, and the hand-made zaru soba is characterized by its rich flavor and smooth texture. In the evening, it also operates as an izakaya, where you can enjoy exquisite soba and sake along with house-made appetizers.

3.7

The soba restaurant had a high ceiling and a wonderful, stylish atmosphere. The volume of the soba noodles was perfect, and they were thin and smooth. I especially enjoyed the mentaiko (bamboo shoot) and tororo gohan (grated yam and rice). The restaurant's atmosphere, taste, and customer service were excellent. Overall, we were very satisfied with our meal.
