✏️Menya Ierou〗Nagoya City〗Nagoya City〗Nagoya City〗Nagoya City〗Nagoya City〗Nagoya City ------------------------ Chicken Tsukemen (🍀Chicken Tsukemen) (💴850) I was not sure if I wanted a large portion or not, but I decided to be patient and have it as large as I could. The noodles are made from Ayahikari rice with high water content, so they are chewy and slippery. The noodles are made with Ayahikari noodles, which are chewy and slimy, with a slight astringency that accentuates the flavor, and the more you chew, the sweeter it becomes. The dipping sauce is concentrated with the flavor of Nagoya Cochin. The flavor of seafood wafts through the soup, The sweetness of the soup, like honey, is entwined with the noodles. I recently found out something. The name of the wheat I have always liked is Aya Hikari. Thank you for the treat. *❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❈⁎❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈ Menya Ierou 🍜 Menya Ierou 1F Central Heights Nakanohonmachi, 1-37 Nakanohonmachi, Nakagawa-ku, Nagoya, Aichi 🏠 Japan 10 min. from Hibino Sta. ☀️ 11:00-14:00 🌙 18:00-21:00 💤 1st.3.5 Tuesday, Wednesday 12 seats (including 4 seats at the counter) 🚭 6 seats 🅿️ 6 units *❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❈⁎❋⁎❈⁎❈ : : :

It was my first visit in seven and a half months and the third restaurant I visited since I started my ramen tour! I hadn't had lunch or dinner since the beginning, so it was like going back to the beginning and spending the day there ✨ Yes...my fat life started when I met my partner... : : : :. 🍀Salt Ramen (💴700) Same menu as back then🌷. W soup made with Nagoya Cochin and several kinds of seafood knots. Medium thin noodles are firm and soft, The hot temperature locks in the flavors of seafood and knots, and is refreshing while containing the delicious taste of chicken, with lingering flavors of seafood and sweetness from the salt sauce and kelp. As the temperature drops, the salty flavor gradually becomes more pronounced, As always, the soup is well-balanced. Thank you very much. : :. I'm also aiming for the tsukemen here ✨. : : : : :

Tsukemen  : : :. ➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・ Menya Ierou 🍜 Menya Ierou 1F Central Heights Nakanohonmachi, 1-37 Nakanohonmachi, Nakagawa-ku, Nagoya, Aichi 🏠. 10 min. from Hibino Sta. ☀️ 11:00-14:00 🌙 18:00-21:00 💤 1st.3.5 Tuesday, Wednesday 12 seats (including 4 seats at the counter) 🚭 6 seats 🅿️ 6 units 👤 ➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・ : : : : 🍀Chicken Tsukemen (💴850) I always order Shio, but I've been curious about Tsukemen for a while and finally got to try it 🌸. The noodles were made with ayahikari (a type of wheat), which I like because of its wheat flavor, and were thick, smooth, and sweet. The dipping sauce is chicken shiratsuyu (soup stock made from chicken and white meat) with the flavor of Nagoya Coach condensed in it, with a hint of seafood. Although the texture of the soup is rich, the sweetness of the chicken flavor comes through strongly. It is delicious whether you add a lot of it or alternate it with the wheat flavor. I could eat 300 grams of this. I want to eat it again. Thank you very much. Thank you :) : :

✏️ Menya Ierou〗〖Nagoya-city〗. ------------------------ The other day, I met up with my friend who's been a motorcyclist for about 9 years and we went here for lunch. We're not motorcyclists now, we're car kids. We both grew up so fast 😂. Let's chat a lot again☆. By the way, it was my first visit to this ramen shop in 7 months 😱. I go there regularly because I like it so much, but I miss it so much. I'll miss it. I'll miss it. 🍀Salt (💴750) The flavor of Nagoya Coach chicken bones and whole chicken is brought out to the fullest. The kelp and dried bonito flakes on top of it make you feel relaxed. When you slurp the straight thin noodles, the chicken oil and salt sauce are mixed with the noodles. When you drink the soup and slurp the noodles You can enjoy different tasty sweetness at each time🌸. Thanks for the treat. *❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❈⁎❋⁎❈ Menya Ierou 🍜 Menya 1F Central Heights Nakanohonmachi, 1-37 Nakanohonmachi, Nakagawa-ku, Nagoya, Aichi 🏠 Japan 10 min. from Hibino Sta. ☀️ 11:00-14:00 🌙 18:00-21:00 💤 1st.3.5 Tuesday, Wednesday 12 seats (including 4 seats at the counter) 🚭 6 seats 🅿️ 6 units 👤 *❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈ * *

✏️ Menya Ierou〗〖Nagoya-city〗Nagoya-city〗Nagoya-, Japan ------------------------ Tsukemen (🍀Tsukemen) (💴880) I really like the noodles made with this wheat ♡♡♡♡♡. Tsukemen is straight and you can feel it. The more you chew, the more sweetness overflows like honey. The dipping sauce also combines the sweetness of vegetables and the delicious taste of chicken, so no matter how much you dip it, it is not too strong, Even without the soup, you can enjoy the noodles with rice and the dipping sauce as a side dish, alternating between the two. It's the kind of wheat that I want to eat regularly.
