Burgundy variety: Dry Sauvignon Blanc 100% Fresh aroma Crisp taste
Iwate variety: Riesling Lion, slightly dry with moderate acidity and fruitiness. Pairs well with Japanese cuisine such as tempura and sashimi of shellfish.
Miyazaki variety: Chardonnay with a slightly dry taste, sweetness like kiwi fruit, refreshing acidity, and bitterness like grapefruit.
Burgundy variety: Chardonnay 13%. A standard Chapli that can be considered a model with mineral-like flavors and refreshing qualities. Pairs well with salmon and raw oysters.
Aomori variety: Steuben 13% acidity is mild, with a slight bitterness and light tannins, sweetness and umami are felt, and it has volume. Pairs well with grilled vegetables, grilled fish, and Japanese cuisine in general.
Hokkaido variety: Pinot Noir, based on dry white Chardonnay, this item aims for 'a distinct and free creation' within the 'Mongaku Valley' series.
Burgundy variety: Chardonnay, dry, transparent, clean with a deep flavor. The grapes from vines over 60 years old are also blended, providing a sense of concentration. Elegant with a well-balanced taste.
Champagne region varieties: Pinot Noir 45%, Meunier 34%, Chardonnay 21%. Dry tropical fruits, lemon, lime, and refreshing citrus flavors spread in the mouth. The finish has an impression of white flowers.
A clean taste with the flavor of dry red berry from the Champagne region. Aromas of cherry and raspberry. A refined flavor.
2023 Yamanashi variety: Koshu has a slightly dry fruit flavor, with a hint of sweetness and a pleasant astringency that spreads richly in the mouth.
Yamagata variety: Delaware dry THE and our own grapes used. Rich, smooth, flavorful, and crisp wine.
Miyazaki variety: Muscat Berry A dry medium body with a glossy fruit aroma and a soft, elegant flavor.
Tochigi variety: A charming aroma of Muscat Berry A and Syrah Medium Body Berry A, enhanced by the spiciness of Syrah, creating a high-quality wine with a fruity taste.
Yamanashi variety: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and other grapes cultivated in our own vineyard, Misawa Vineyard, blended to create this red wine. Aiming for winemaking that showcases the landscape, it is named 'Akino' to express a greater appreciation for the region.
