Our signature dish. Chiya beef is roast beef cooked at low temperature. The sauce is also made with Okayama's specialty, yellow chives soy sauce, a dish unique to Okayama. This is a signature menu item along with roast beef bowl. Among the black wagyu beef produced in Okayama Prefecture, we use the shoulder loin, which has a very good balance of fatty sinew and lean meat. By lightly searing it, you can enjoy the sweetness of the fat even more. The large, satisfying cut has a soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture. This new type of hitsu-mabushi consists of rice served in a hitsu and covered with a dense layer of our signature roast beef. Enjoy it in three different ways: first with our special wasabi sauce made with yellow chives and soy sauce, then with a raw egg mixture, and finally with cold beef broth and condiments. The roast beef is cooked at low temperature and served on top of Asahi rice grown in Okayama Prefecture, which is grown without the use of pesticides or fertilizers. The roast beef is topped with a wasabi sauce made from Okayama's specialty yellow leek soy sauce, which combines the sweetness of the beef with the flavor of wasabi. The Uchihira cut of the highest quality Japanese beef, Chiya beef from Okayama, is slowly roasted to become roast beef using low-temperature cooking. As the name suggests, this cut is located on the inside of the thigh, connecting to the sirloin and rump. About half of it consists of firm red meat, which has less fat compared to other cuts and contains gelatin, providing richness. The other half is closer to the sirloin, with a moderate amount of fat, allowing for a tender texture to be enjoyed.
A smaller size, about 70% of the regular donburi (Uchihira). It features the finest Japanese beef from Okayama, specifically the Uchihira cut of the thigh, which is slowly roasted to become roast beef using low-temperature cooking. As the name suggests, this cut connects to the sirloin and rump on the inside of the thigh, with about half being chewy red meat that contains less fat and more gelatin compared to other cuts, providing a rich flavor. The other half is closer to the sirloin, with a moderate amount of fat, allowing for a tender texture to be enjoyed.
This dish uses shoulder loin cuts of Okayama Prefecture Black Hair Wagyu, known for their excellent balance of fat marbling and red meat. Lightly grilled, it enhances the sweetness of the fat. Despite being a larger cut that is satisfying to eat, it is also characterized by its tender and melting texture. You can enjoy it with matcha salt, wasabi, and black pepper to change the flavor.
Using the highest quality Wagyu from Okayama, Chiya beef, specifically the red meat from the inside of the thigh, it is slowly roasted at low temperature to make roast beef. First, enjoy it with a special wasabi sauce made with yellow garlic soy sauce, then mix in a raw egg, and finally, pour warm beef broth and condiments over it, allowing you to enjoy it in three different ways.
We prepare a sweet and spicy soboro topped with Chiya beef roast beef simmered slowly in yellow garlic soy sauce. First, enjoy it with egg and soboro, then with our special wasabi sauce made with yellow garlic soy sauce. Free large serving of rice, and one free extra egg.

This is a ginger ale made with fresh ginger from Okayama Prefecture, using the whole ginger root. The original syrup is handmade by the patissier at our sister store, 'Haremo Kemo.' No flavorings, colorings, or preservatives are used; it is made only with Okayama-grown ginger and simple ingredients. We also sell a 'Kurashiki Craft Drink Mixer' bottle at 'Haremo Kemo,' which allows you to easily make this ginger ale or ginger tea at home. 'Haremo Kemo' is located just to the right after you exit our store and walk left.
Made with ginger from Okayama Prefecture, shaved with the skin on, this ginger ale retains the pure flavor of ginger, topped with cassis sorbet. It has a refreshing taste with a hint of acidity.

This is the original blend coffee from Yurin-an. It is available hot or iced. The beans are blended exclusively for our shop by Kurashiki Tenryo Coffee located in Kurashiki.
A specialty sweet from Yurin-an! The original Shiawase Pudding from Yurin-an has become a topic of conversation after many reports of 'something truly happy happened!' when people posted photos on social media. Many customers return to Yurin-an to share their 'happy reports,' and the 'Happy Report Notebook' is already nearing its 20th volume. Using eggs from Kurashiki, our in-house pastry chefs hand-draw each pudding every day. The takeout Shiawase Pudding is sold at our sister store 'Haremo Kemo,' which is a short walk to the left after leaving our shop, located on the right side.
You can also add a chocolate plate with personalized text and colorful candles according to your preference.
