We carefully select the finest Saga beef, age it in-house, cut it at the perfect moment, and slowly grill the steaks—which have had excess moisture removed to concentrate their rich flavor—over binchōtan charcoal. The same goes for our aged beef tongue; you can enjoy steaks bursting with flavor.
The highlight of this course is that it offers a well-balanced selection of three dishes, including Haneushi’s signature items: “Two Types of Aged Wagyu Lean Steak” and “Aged Premium Beef Tongue Steak.” The A/7-course set is recommended for those who want to enjoy their meal at a leisurely pace while sipping drinks. The B/6-course and C/5-course options are recommended for those who don’t drink alcohol, prefer smaller portions, or simply want to enjoy a well-balanced selection of Haneushi’s three steak varieties.

Glass wine is available from 1000, and bottle wine is also prepared. You can view the bottle wine in the wine cellar.
This is an original highball made by blending white grape juice and cognac from the producer Cognac Leroux, who has a history of grape cultivation since 1680, and aged for 7 years in oak barrels before being mixed with soda.
