The menu is extensive, and even if it's your first time with horse meat, you can enjoy it with peace of mind. The horse sushi has a texture that melts in your mouth, making you want to eat more. The liver sashimi has no odor, the Chateaubriand is refreshingly tender, and the grilled horse tongue was also satisfying. The selection of side dishes is abundant, so you won't have any trouble even if someone who dislikes horse meat is with you. The lineup of shochu is particularly rich, and you can choose from sweet potato shochu and sake according to your preference. The staff is friendly and will recommend options like Flamingo Orange.
