A classic miso-flavored pork kimchi hot pot!
A salt-flavored motsu hot pot made with fresh white motsu from the yakiniku restaurant 'Aburi Chaya'. By using a generous amount of soft and flavorful large intestine, it has a deep umami flavor that is unique to other motsu hot pots. The motsu, carefully prepared as in a yakiniku restaurant, has no unpleasant odor.
