It's a shop located in an alley, easy to enter as you can see the inside from outside. The interior is more spacious than I expected, with tables arranged and some private rooms that provide a relaxing atmosphere. Right away, they serve pickled mustard greens, soup, and warm tea, which makes you feel happy from the start. The combination of rice and fried egg is also enjoyable and satisfying. The Lanzhou beef noodle soup does not have chili oil added from the beginning, allowing you to fully appreciate the flavor of the broth, and you can change the taste with the chili oil on the table later. The service is pleasant, and the Chinese-style udon with vegetables is hearty, making for a delightful dining experience.
