This is a building that has been renovated from an old soba restaurant, offering a calm atmosphere with a Japanese aesthetic. There are seats where you can enjoy the view of the garden, allowing you to savor a leisurely time. The French cuisine, which makes use of local ingredients, is beautifully presented and impressively flavorful. The service is attentive, creating a comfortable ambiance. It's also convenient as it's within walking distance from Niigata Station. This establishment has earned a Michelin star and is highly rated in the Gault & Millau guide, making it perfect for both everyday meals and special occasions.
