Kifuki] 5 minutes walk from Hommachi station on Osaka Metro Midosuji Line. Great chef who is very particular about gibier! This time we had a 5-course lunch for 4,000 yen! Lunch is available for 2000 yen and 4000 yen! Appetizers White meat Red Meat Dessert Coffee or herb tea Already so amazing from the appetizer lol! I've never had an appetizer covered with meat like this before! I've never had pork tenderloin ham before! The white meat is breast meat! It is so tender and juicy! I'm so satisfied just with the appetizer and the breast meat! I haven't even had the main course yet lol! On this day, we were told that we could have Ezo deer meat, which is usually an extra charge, for the same price! Basically, I've only had venison loin for the most part, but here you can get venison parts such as ichibo and lamb shin! The lamb shin of venison is too soft and tender! I wish other restaurants would serve venison lamb shin if it's this good, but they don't do it because it's difficult to prepare. This flavor is too good to be true! I want to go back when I get settled in Corona. Thank you for the food!
