We start preparing the rice after receiving your order, served with a small bowl of liver soup and pickles. It takes about 30 to 40 minutes, so we recommend ordering early or making a reservation in advance.
Ingredients: eel, Hakata green onion, grilled green onion, wheat gluten, shiitake mushrooms, liver, yuba, tofu
Contains egg, shiitake mushrooms, mitsuba, mochi, and chopped eel.
The seasoning is mildly sweet. *Hot pot ingredients: chicken, fish balls, maitake mushrooms, white leek, shungiku, napa cabbage, grilled tofu.
Served with pickles, presented in a parent-child bowl style.
