The tempura made with locally sourced ingredients from Kyushu is easy to eat and doesn't cause stomach discomfort thanks to the use of pure white sesame oil. The seasonal omakase course features dishes that highlight the freshness of seasonal ingredients. The deliciousness of the ingredients is enhanced by tasting them with salt. The course consists of 12 to 13 dishes, and you can enjoy them freshly fried. Additional orders are also possible. Each dish proudly showcases the flavors of local ingredients in a simple manner.
