The spicy fragrant hot pot is very delicious, and I can't help but keep eating. There are many types of soup to choose from, and I am satisfied with the strong aroma and flavor of the herbal ingredients. The spicy pot has a sharp kick, the white soup is creamy, and the mushroom broth is rich and deep. Of course, lamb and beef and pork go well, and even with ingredients like beef tripe and boiled dumplings, everything pairs perfectly. The seasoning is so good that you don't need any dipping sauce, allowing the flavors of the ingredients to shine through. The calm interior of the restaurant, along with the staff in vibrant costumes, enhances the atmosphere and lifts my spirits.
