There is a counter, and as soon as you enter, you feel the warm air. It's on the second floor of a mixed-use building, marked by a red lantern. The grilled pork skewers are well-seasoned with salt, and the tongue, heart, and liver are cooked to a moist perfection and are delicious. The cheek and skin were also satisfying, but the pork belly left a particularly strong impression. The drinks include bottled beer, chuhai, and sake, allowing you to enjoy them leisurely. The interactions between regular customers feel natural, conveying a sense of comfort.
