We cook mainly Miyazaki's Sakamoto Beef and various parts of the beef in the best way. The omakase course includes not only meat, but also seasonal seafood and pasta, so you will never get bored. Please be sure to try our specialties, such as the "Niku Hana Sushi" as well as the earthenware pot rice cooked by the owner, who hails from Fukui, Japan.
We will offer 6 to 7 kinds of wine and sake to accompany the course meal. We offer a variety of wines from Champagne, California, Burgundy, etc. The sake is mainly local sake from Fukui, where the owner is from, Sake is mainly local sake from Fukui, where the owner is from, and is served to match the dishes. We also include rare sake from Kenzo Estate "rindo" and Kuroryu Sake Brewery. Basically, we serve a mix of wine and sake, but you can also request "sake only" or "wine only".
Meat Flower Sushi is our signature dish. We created this rolled sushi with an Italian sensibility. Using sushi vinegar combined with balsamic vinegar and red wine vinegar, and featuring seasonal edible flowers that change throughout the year, this is a new sensation of meat sushi that is visually enjoyable and delicious. This dish is always available.
Roll cutlet sandwich with Wagyu fillet. The A5 Wagyu fillet cutlet is coated in a special sauce and wrapped in fluffy bread, then grilled to a golden brown in a frying pan. This is a popular menu item that is always available.
Clay pot rice made with Koshihikari rice from Ikeda Town, Fukui Prefecture, cooked with water sourced from the same Ikeda Town. The owner is from Fukui Prefecture.
Beef Yukhoe: We propose various forms of beef yukhoe combined with seasonal and fresh ingredients. This is a combination of corn tempura and beef yukhoe.
