This 8-course full course includes appetizers, Japanese black beef fillet, Hida beef sirloin, and other carefully selected beef and special dishes.
It will be a full 7-course meal including seasonal salad, beef, grilled Ichibo, Hida beef sirloin and one grilled dish of the day. The meal will be served with our famous truffle sukiyaki.

This is our popular sushi collaboration dinner, which is always a hit. Please enjoy a feast featuring the flavors of autumn and meat dishes. The dinner will begin simultaneously at 7:00 PM. We will also be serving carefully selected sake by the glass on the day of the event.
You can add lobster tails to any course. Please specify this in the comments section for each course. (Example: Add lobster tails for 2 people, etc.)

We will pair white and red wines to match the dishes of the day. If you order on the day at the restaurant, the staff will ask you about your preferences in detail and select the wines accordingly.
Blackberry, cassis, plum, with a robust flavor and fine tannins. The acidity and fruitiness pair well with meat dishes. We offer one type of white wine and two types of red wine by the glass. Please ask the staff.
