This is a small shop with only counter seats located in an alley near the station. Here, the dishes continue to be served until you signal to stop, allowing you to enjoy at your own pace. The skewers change daily, offering a wide variety that is exciting. The grilling is done to a slightly firm texture, and the seasoning is gentle, allowing you to appreciate the deliciousness that comes from this balance. The homemade egg tofu and a dish that combines liver pâté with homemade grape jam are also impressive. You can encounter unique flavors such as the plump texture of shirako (cod milt) and bonjiri (chicken tail) coated with garlic butter.
