Spanish Ayuso Abadia de Roble (red) or Ayuso Abadia de Roble (white)
Manyo is a premium junmai ginjo sake brewed by Bandai Brewing, the only sake brewery in Izu. It has a refreshing taste with a rich flavor.
Fujiyama Special Junmai made with pure Fujiyama underground water and carefully selected rice, this sake has a soft and smooth taste.
Based on the brewing of Honjozo and Ginjozo in Yaizu, it is carefully brewed to create a refreshing taste that is not tiring, with a harmonious balance and a faint Ginjo aroma that can be felt. It has a refreshing taste.
Shirayuki Masamune's standard sake 'Homarefuji Junmai' made from 100% Shizuoka-grown 'Homarefuji' rice. The sake design focuses on the taste and sharpness of the rice rather than the aroma. It has a gentle fragrance and a characteristic dry sharpness.
Okabe Special Junmai has a gentle aroma, and the elegant richness of Yamadanishiki and Omachi rice expands with a sense of speed. The soft and gentle flavor is unique to Shizuoka yeast. The finish is also excellent.
Yui Junmai Junmai is freshly squeezed raw sake. It has a light and refreshing aroma unique to freshly squeezed raw sake, with a fruity yet not overpowering sweetness. When you taste it, you can recognize a clear umami flavor that is not present in raw sake. It leaves a lingering aftertaste of the unique koji flower in the finish, providing freshness until the end.
Garyubai is brewed with a meticulous long-term low-temperature fermentation in a small tank of 600 liters, resulting in a refined aroma reminiscent of premium sake, a smooth mouthfeel, and a subtly sweet finish.
