In a calm atmosphere, you can enjoy a rich lineup of sake along with enticing dishes made from local Kyushu ingredients. Especially for sake enthusiasts, there is a selection of carefully chosen premium sakes that promise new discoveries with each visit.

This shop is located on an upper floor of a building, and as soon as you enter, a warm atmosphere envelops you. Being inside the building can be a bit nerve-wracking at first, but the interior is cozy and calming. The rolled cabbage is simmered slowly, and the aroma of red wine wafts through the air, making it very delicious. The sake, a special junmai from Kitaya, is refreshing and makes you want to keep drinking. The assorted small dishes and sashimi are carefully prepared, and you can even enjoy rare items like whale yukhoe. It's fun to stop by while bar hopping, but it's also perfect to sit down and savor the experience slowly.

There is a rich lineup of local sake, and you can encounter a bottle that is crisp and easy to drink. Brands from Fukushima, Saga, and Iwate are also available, making you want to have another glass. The rolled cabbage is slowly simmered in wine, packed with flavor. There is also a variety of snacks such as whale sashimi, fried chicken, Saikyo grilled fish, and firefly squid marinated in soy sauce, making it enjoyable to start with beer and have fun until the end.
