Zaru udon is a delicious dish where Sanuki udon from Shodoshima is dipped in our special dipping sauce and eaten.

Soy sauce udon is a dish topped with tempura bits, grated daikon radish, and golden sesame seeds, and mixed with dashi soy sauce made in Shodoshima. You can choose your preferred amount of dashi soy sauce to mix and eat with either cold or hot noodles.
You can choose from a total of 12 varieties including salmon, umeboshi, golden sesame and Hidaka kelp, mentaiko, shredded shiso and wakame, nori seaweed, kyara buki, takoyaki sauce seaweed, Shodoshima moromi seaweed, habanero spicy seaweed, and the original Imozuru tsukudani from Shodoshima. We will make it after receiving your order, so you can enjoy a warm rice ball.
Our special rice ball filled with five ingredients: salmon, umeboshi plum, gold sesame seeds, Hidaka kelp, and shredded mountain pepper and seaweed. It is larger than a regular rice ball, and some women find it filling enough to satisfy their hunger with just one.
