Thank you for visiting Gnaw's online reservation page. Reservations can be made up to two months in advance. Click here for the website About Reservations Reservations are required. ・There are no special age restrictions, but only those who can sit and enjoy the same course as adults are welcome. ・Doors open at 18:15 and start at 18:30. ・If you are late for more than 30 minutes, your reservation will be treated as a cancellation. ・Since we want to provide food in good condition, we will basically proceed at the same time. ・We will serve the food at a pace that will keep it from getting cold, but depending on the pace at which you eat it, the food may overlap. (Course duration is approximately 3 to 3 and a half hours.) ・We do not accommodate foods that are sensitive to ingredients, vegetarians, vegans, or allergies. In a calm space renovated from a storehouse, it's exciting to watch the cooking process over the counter. The course features dishes packed with local seasonal ingredients, and before I knew it, I was engrossed in tasting over twenty plates. The latter part, where vegetables take center stage, was particularly interesting, with the aroma of firewood and charcoal enhancing the flavors. I was surprised by the richness and depth of flavor from the homemade fermented seasonings and kombucha vinegar. The non-alcoholic pairings had enough character to make me nod in agreement with their compatibility with the dishes. The grounds were spacious, so I got a bit lost, but that made me happy as it felt like a mini trip from the moment I arrived.
