Thank you for visiting Gnaw's online reservation page. Reservations can be made up to two months in advance. Click here for the website About Reservations Reservations are required. ・There are no special age restrictions, but only those who can sit and enjoy the same course as adults are welcome. ・Doors open at 18:15 and start at 18:30. ・If you are late for more than 30 minutes, your reservation will be treated as a cancellation. ・Since we want to provide food in good condition, we will basically proceed at the same time. ・We will serve the food at a pace that will keep it from getting cold, but depending on the pace at which you eat it, the food may overlap. (Course duration is approximately 3 to 3 and a half hours.) ・We do not accommodate foods that are sensitive to ingredients, vegetarians, vegans, or allergies. Since we purchase directly from the producers, we have designed our courses so that you can enjoy the ingredients of the season. Thank you for your understanding. (Even if you write down the ingredients you don't like in the notes section, we will not be able to accommodate you. When you make a reservation, we will assume that you have agreed to these confirmation items.) If you have any questions, please call the store directly. 在改裝過的倉庫中，能夠透過櫃檯欣賞到廚房的烹飪過程，讓人感到興奮。菜單上是將當地的時令食材緊緊包裹的菜餚，一道接著一道，讓我不知不覺中品嚐了二十道以上的美味。後半段以蔬菜為主角的流程特別有趣，木柴和炭的香氣增添了鮮味。使用了自製的發酵調味料和康普茶醋等，讓我驚訝於其柔和而深邃的味道。即使是無酒精的搭配也有著足夠的個性，讓我不禁點頭贊同與料理的相性。因為場地很大，我稍微迷路了一下，但因此從抵達的瞬間就感受到了一種小旅行的愉悅。
