Thank you for visiting Gnaw's online reservation page. Reservations can be made up to two months in advance. Click here for the website About Reservations Reservations are required. ・There are no special age restrictions, but only those who can sit and enjoy the same course as adults are welcome. ・Doors open at 18:15 and start at 18:30. ・If you are late for more than 30 minutes, your reservation will be treated as a cancellation. ・Since we want to provide food in good condition, we will basically proceed at the same time. ・We will serve the food at a pace that will keep it from getting cold, but depending on the pace at which you eat it, the food may overlap. (Course duration is approximately 3 to 3 and a half hours.) ・We do not accommodate foods that are sensitive to ingredients, vegetarians, vegans, or allergies. Since we purchase directly from the producers, we have designed our courses so that you can enjoy the ingredients of the season. Thank you for your understanding. (Even if you write down the ingredients you don't like in the notes section, we will not be able to accommodate you. When you make a reservation, we will assume that you have agreed to these confirmation items.) If you have any questions, please call the store directly. 在改装过的仓库中，能够透过柜台欣赏到烹饪的过程令人兴奋。菜品是将当地时令食材紧凑地装盘，一道接一道地上桌，不知不觉中我已经沉迷于品尝二十多道菜。后半部分以蔬菜为主角的流程特别有趣，木柴和炭的香气使得鲜味更加突出。使用了自制的发酵调味料和康普茶醋等，味道的醇厚和深邃让我感到惊讶。即使是无酒精的搭配也足够个性，与菜肴的相性让我不禁点头。由于场地较大，我稍微迷路了一下，但这也让我从到达的那一刻起就感受到了一种小旅行的愉悦。
